21 ALA Community Challenge Event: American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk
The Golden Gate Chapter's Community Challenge event will focus on health and wellness with the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, to be held in Golden Gate Park. There are many ways n which you may participate:

1. Walk: And collect pledges from family, friends, and co-workers. You set your own pledge goal.
2. Volunteer: Volunteers are needed on the day of the event to help with registration, water stations, first aid, set-up and clean-up.
3. Sponsor: Pledge a walker on Team ALA with a tax-deductible contribution.

ALA Chapter Members are encouraged to participate and are welcome to invite others to join us. If your firm is not sponsoring a team, but individuals are walking, they are welcome to join Team ALA. If you would like to invite family members and friends, they too can join Team ALA.
