GETTING BACK TO HARDCOPY IN AN ELECTRONIC AGE - RETAINING E-MAIL

We started out training everyone to use e-mail, now we can’t live without it! Then, we wanted a paperless office, and what better way for it to be paperless than to start e-mailing all correspondence, right? Now we find our correspondence files small, and our e-mail In Boxes large. How can we put all of this electronic correspondence back into the good old fashion hard copy file?
