SPEECH RECOGNITION SOFTWARE AND DICTATION ROUTING SYSTEMS

The author dictates by phone, by digital handheld device or over the internet. Each job is automatically routed for speech recognition, manual transcription or simple review. The completed document can be routed back for approval and then e-mailed or faxed to the final destination. Jobs can even be edited while transcription is in progress! Shelley Gage, of Zephyr-TEC, will demonstrate WinScribe, one of the new emerging law office products to utilize speech recognition software.
