- The survey includes information on associate and staff salary and benefits.
- Salary information for associate classes organized by year from current graduates to those with more than 10 years experience.
- Position descriptions for management and staff positions are included with salary data.
- Benefits information includes such things as, paid time off, percent of insurance benefits paid by firm and holidays broken down by staff, management and attorneys.
- Results are broken down by number of attorneys in firm, 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-150 and 150+.
- Statistics for the entire Bay Area, in addition to separate regional reports for San Francisco, South Bay and East Bay.
- Survey is entirely on-line with drop down menus, copy functions and the ability to complete an excel spreadsheet form and import the data.
- Accounting firm of BPM compiles the information and it is completely online and confidential.
